Now Hiring - Sales Representative in Union City, CA

We're looking for a Sales Representative with a general understanding of computers and PC hardware to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our company. You will aid in the identification of client needs, as well as present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned accounts, as well as support all operations queries and ensure that customer orders are booked and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with Sales, and Logistics on customer orders to ensure on time delivery to accounts Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Povide customized solutions
• Communicate with engineers and factory
• Process sales order
• Stay up to date with new products

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• General knowledge of computer hardware parts and accessories
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin
